How long do I have to sign up for?
We offer month-to-month leases. You can also inquire about our pre-pay plans as they offer savings for long-term customers.
When can I access my unit?
Access to your unit is every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. This includes holidays.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
You may vacate before the first day of any month. We appreciate it if you can give us a 5-day advance notice of your intent to vacate.
Do you offer a mover?
We do not offer a mover, but we are proud to offer Concierge Services. We have formed professional relationships with other movers and are able to help arrange many aspects of your move for you, as much or as little as you need. Please contact a manager for details and our menu of services. However, if you are a Do It Yourself Mover, we do rent U-Haul trucks and equipment!
Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facilities?
Yes. We offer a full line of
boxes and packing supplies.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made at the facility during office hours or through the drop slot, online, by mail, or your payment can be automatically charged to your credit card or checking account. We encourage flexibility. Please
contact a manager for details.
What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?
We have sizes available from a 9 square foot locker up to a 250 square foot storage unit. Feel free to navigate to the Reservations page and browse the "Sizes" list. Every unit shown is live as of the time you first accessed the webpage.
How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?
You are welcome to use our
Space Estimator page as a tool to help you get a good estimate of the space you will need. However, finding the right unit for your needs and usage is best done by contacting one of our self storage professionals. Please call us for more details.
